Wolterton Wellness Weekend
Space to Move. Space to Breathe.
Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th June 2027
A wellbeing weekend of movement, relaxation, discovery and time outdoors, set throughout Wolterton’s private parkland, woodland and ten-acre lake.
Step away from the everyday and spend a day, or a whole weekend, with space to breathe. Move, swim, slow down, try something new or simply enjoy being outside in the grounds of one of Norfolk’s most beautiful Georgian estates.
Choose Saturday, Sunday or the full weekend. Throughout each day, classes, workshops, talks and experiences will take place across the estate, with a varied programme spanning yoga, Pilates, fitness, movement, meditation, sound, wellbeing workshops, nature walks, wild swimming, paddleboarding, wood-fired sauna sessions and more.
All scheduled classes, workshops, talks and experiences are included in your ticket.
When you arrive each morning, members of the Wolterton team and class teachers will be on hand to talk you through the programme and help you plan your day. You can do as much or as little as you like, reserving places in any limited-capacity sessions on arrival.

Health and accessibility
What if I have an injury or health condition?
Please consider whether each session is suitable for you and follow any advice given by your doctor or healthcare professional.
